TTT Recertification
|
|
| Starting in 2006, Truss Technician
Training Certification is valid for three years, and may be renewed for
additional three-year periods. The renewal process is based on a 12-point
system before the certification expires and 4 additional points are added
to the requirement for each additional year that the certificate is expired.
The technicians earn recertification credit by participating in a number
of qualifying industry-related activities. Once a technician has accumulated
the required points and submitted the supporting documentation and fee to
SBCA, his or her certification is renewed for three years.
