SBCA’s PLA training and workshops from Leaders Edge 360
For a few hours or a few days, let the Professional Leadership Academy programs from Leaders Edge 360 meet your needs for professional leadership and sales management training. Leaders Edge 360 training and workshops provide an intensive, interactive learning experience designed from a proven proprietary foundation and customized to the precise needs of each client. The content includes one-on-one and group interactions, discussion and brainstorming, role playing, presentations and other training techniques.

Leadership Development Training
Leaders Edge 360 has designed this premier course to various levels of management. It is offered in multiple locations throughout North America for individual attendees and at specific company locations for their management teams together.

Sample Workshop Schedule

DAY 1 – MODULE 1 - Building a Foundation for Leadership – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Identifying characteristics, qualities, attributes of proven leaders
  • Establishing the company values and culture you want
DAY 1 – MODULE 2 - The Power of Planning – 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Understanding the importance and value of a written plan
  • Understanding and executing the components of the strategic planning process
  • Establishing and communicating a vision that excites your team
  • Using proven tools and techniques to identify priorities and actions
  • Consolidating plans from multiple territories for maximum results
  • Effectively measuring progress and results
DAY 2 – MODULE 3 - Building & Developing an Exceptional Team – 8:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Properly recruiting, selecting, and developing the diverse players that are right for you
  • Retaining your talent through empowerment
  • Identifying when and how to replace team members
  • Keeping your overall team motivated and focused on the results of a common vision
DAY 2 – MODULE 4 - Leading the Team to Results – 10:15 am to 12:00 pm
  • Creating and Implementing a Succession Plan
  • Recognizing and avoiding Leadership Landmines
  • Managing Yourself while Leading Others

Professional Sales Training
This workshop develops your sales team into market leaders as it is designed to deliver an immediate positive impact on sales and profit margins for structural building component attendees. An interactive 2-day course, the 8 modules include: Marketing, Contact, Discovery, Value Propositions, Proposals, Presentations, Handling Objections and Action. Participants learn to use a proven “process of selling” to develop a repeatable and measurable system that will focus on continuous process improvement. Using knowledge gained, the sales person attending will become more professional and value oriented versus a price-oriented order taker.
